Scott is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for ideas that can change the world. He co-founded Dialexa with Mark Haidar in October 2010 with a shared vision to create a company that could bring engineering, design, and purpose together to build world-class technology products. Fast forward six years and in June this year EY recognized Dialexa's Scott Harper (CEO) and Mark Haidar (Chairman) with the Emerging Technology Entrepreneurs of the Year 2016 Southwest Award.

Dialexa is the Technology Research, Design and Creation firm that can inject the product development horsepower of Google and Apple into any business. Dialexa develops for all platforms and is industry agnostic, providing end­-to-­end technology product development including strategy, user experience design, software development and hardware engineering. Dialexa's clients include Fortune 500 companies and funded early stage companies.  

In 2014, Mark and Scott decided to experiment with some of their own ideas and Dialexa Labs was born. Labs is the research and development arm of Dialexa and has spun out two successful companies: Vinli and Robin. Vinli is the most advanced connected car platform in the world. The company is rapidly expanding, is venture backed by world leaders such as Samsung, Cox Automotive, First Round Capital, The Westly Group and Continental and was recently recognized as the world's largest app ecosystem for the car. Robin is one of the fastest growing home services companies in the US, armed with a simple mission: to put your lawn on autopilot. Robin serves thousands of recurring customers every week and in just one year reached a 7-figure run-rate despite operating in just 4 cities so far.
