Adam Taylor has 28 years of systems engineering experience in the aerospace industry, has been with BAE Systems for the past 15 years. He is currently the Advanced Inceptors Product Line Director for The Company’s Controls and Avionics Solutions business.

With a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Bristol, Adam has developed a multitude of active inceptor systems over the last three decades. He has specialized in these products almost exclusively during this timeframe and has defined the development of these systems for the AH-64 Apache VITAL/HACT, F-35 Lightning II, UH-60MU Blackhawk, CH-53K King Stallion, CH-47 Chinook, KC-390 and Gulfstream 500/600. In his current role, he is responsible for the product strategy, customer engagements, and new product development. He is also a Global Engineering Fellow with BAE Systems.
